DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller, whose details are provided below, and the Buyer who makes purchases through the website www.marnecandle.com.

BUYER
The buyer's name, surname, address, and contact information will be accepted as the basis for the information provided during the order creation process.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, sale price, and payment information of the products are as stated in the order details, which are confirmed by the Buyer during the order completion process.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times may vary for bulk or corporate orders.
Delivery is carried out according to the standard procedures of the contracted shipping company.
Currently, only domestic shipping within Türkiye is available.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Used products
Candles with their wicks cut
Burnt candles
Products with distorted or damaged form
The return and cancellation process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Distance Sales Regulation.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
For damages incurred during shipping, it is mandatory to provide photographs or a damage report upon delivery.
Returns that meet the requirements will be processed after being reviewed by the Seller.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods offered on the website. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the order.
FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, strikes, war, infrastructure failures, and similar circumstances beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure. In such cases, the Seller cannot be held liable.
PERSONAL DATA
The recipient's personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.
FORCE
By placing an order through the website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
This agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order.
