MARNE CANDLE (“Company”, “we”, “our”), operating on behalf of its owner and authorized representative Doğukan Gençer , has prepared these Terms and Conditions to transparently explain the rights and obligations of our users. This document has been prepared within the framework of the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applicable in Turkey.

Website Usage

  • Our website is suitable for everyone aged 12 and over.

  • Currently, sales are only for Turkey; global sales are planned for the future.

  • Users agree to use the site only for legal and ethical purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Engaging in illegal or criminal activities

  • Interfering in a way that disrupts the site's operation

  • Commercial or unauthorized use

Payment and Order

  • Payment methods available on our website: credit card, debit card. Cash on delivery is not available.

  • Payment transactions are secured with SSL and 3D Secure protocols.

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation is received and shipped according to stock availability.

Products and Warranty

  • These products are not covered by warranty.

  • However, returns or exchanges are possible within 9 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  • The wick must not be lit or cut.

  • The ceramic or glass products must be undamaged.

  • The product should not have been exposed to heat.

  • Product images, descriptions, and stock availability are subject to change.

Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, logo, trademark) belongs to MARNE CANDLE.

Unauthorized use is prohibited; in case of infringement, MARNE CANDLE reserves the right to take legal action.

Account and Membership

We have a membership system on our website.

MARNE CANDLE reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user account in the following circumstances:

  • Suspicion of using a stolen card.

  • False reviews or damaging brand reputation

  • Deceiving payment systems

  • Account creation using false information

  • Opening multiple accounts by the same person

  • High chargeback rate

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

MARNE CANDLE accepts no responsibility for the following:

  • Shipping delays or extraordinary circumstances (natural disaster, strike, etc.)

  • Site maintenance or technical issues

  • Links to third-party websites

User data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
