Shipping Policy
MARNE CANDLE (“Company”, “we”, “our”) prioritizes customer satisfaction and transparency in the product delivery process. This policy has been prepared within the framework of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applicable in Türkiye.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and a maximum of 4 business days, depending on payment confirmation and stock availability. Any delays in shipping, except those caused by natural disasters or the shipping company, are tracked by MARNE CANDLE, and the customer is informed accordingly.
Shipping Company and Fees
Products are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo (domestic shipping company). If the customer requests shipping with another shipping company, an additional shipping fee will be paid by the customer. Shipping fee policy: For orders of 500 TL and above placed through the website, the shipping fee is covered by MARNE CANDLE. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility, however, in some campaigns or promotions, the shipping fee may be covered by us.
International Shipping
When global sales are planned, products will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Yurtiçi Kargo. For international shipments, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country and the shipping company's requirements.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status online using the tracking number provided by the system. Customers can view their shipping tracking information via their website account or the email sent to them.
Damaged or Missing Items
If the product is damaged during shipping: The customer must remove the product from its box or bag, take a photo of it, and send it to us.
If the product is damaged due to an error by the shipping company, a refund or exchange will be provided.
For lost items, MARNE CANDLE personally tracks orders, and the likelihood of loss is very low.
In the event of malicious information or false statements, MARNE CANDLE reserves the right to take legal action.
Use of Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your name, address, telephone number, and email address may be collected during the ordering and shipping process and processed solely for shipping and communication purposes. Your data is protected against unauthorized access and is used only for the stated purposes.
Policy Updates
MARNE CANDLE may update its shipping policy from time to time. In case of significant changes, users will be notified via email.
