Return and Cancellation Policy

At MARNE CANDLE (“the Company”, “we”, “our”), we prioritize customer satisfaction and respect for consumer rights. This return and cancellation policy has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and related legislation applicable in Türkiye.

Return and Withdrawal Rights

All our products are physical items and fall under the category of handmade candles. Customers can request a return within 9 days of receiving the products. Products accepted for return must meet the following conditions: The wick must not have been lit; it must not have been exposed to hot environments or direct sunlight; glass or ceramic products must not be damaged; and it must be sent in its original packaging.

Return Form, Return Address and Shipping Procedure via Website: After the return request is approved, the customer will be provided with the return address and shipping instructions. The product must be sent to the specified address in its original packaging and undamaged. The return shipping cost will be covered by MARNE CANDLE.

Refund

The cost of the returned product will be refunded to the customer via one of the following methods after the request is approved: Bank transfer, Credit card refund, Store credit. The refund will be processed after confirmation that the product has been received in accordance with the return conditions.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases: Products with burned wicks or those that have been used; products exposed to hot environments or direct sunlight; any damage or breakage to glass or ceramic products; products with opened or incomplete original packaging.

Policy Updates

MARNE CANDLE may update its return and cancellation policies from time to time. Customers will be notified via email of any significant changes.
